The Clayprinting Workshop was an introduction to the basics of ceramic 3D printing. Following the workshop, all participants have the opportunity to borrow the WASP 2040 Clay printer for independent projects. In this course, you‘ll delve into the technical details of our printers, becoming acquainted with their operation. Additionally, we‘ll guide everyone through the preparation of print files using Slicer programs like Cura.
The workshop is led by Nikos Probst from Studium Digitale and me. We‘re offering two exciting workshops during the Compact Week in both the Summer and Winter Semesters. One focuses on Custom GCode with Grasshopper, providing insights into personalized printing codes. The other explores Patterns & Tessellations, offering a creative journey into unique design patterns.
